We ask that you give at least a 48 hour notice for any cancellations. We will send a series of reminders for your upcoming appointment.
If we arrive at the scheduled appointment and the customer is not there, and there is no communication, we will institute a 50% of service fee.
Please Note: Pricing may vary depending on the dog, condition of the dog, dog temperament, and the time to complete the service. With that being said, we will do our best to clearly communicate the pricing based on the initial meeting of the dog. If there are significant pricing changes that will be communicated.
